Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom embroidery orders may require an additional 2-3 business days.
Shipping Times
- US Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- US Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Standard (USPS): 10-20 business days
- International Express (DHL Express): 3-7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the Shop app or the carrier's website.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
